Testing & Design

Testing is one of the most important phases of the development of all Avenger products. For this reason, Long John Silver underwent several testing processes, featuring some of the world most advanced techniques available.

Every component passed TUV safety rules testing. Even if in some markets this is not required, the TUV represent a standard that qualify the product as highly reliable and safe.

Structural systematic verification was made through a process called FEM (Finite Element Method) which gives to the whole product a high technological, safety and stability value. Moreover, traction, friction and fatigue tests to guarantee its perfect and proper functionality in the long term have been performed on both its single components and the product as a whole.

This technical attention has been combined, however, with a particular care for design, which gave to the Long John Silver new lines and new shapes suggesting with its look lightness, sturdiness and cleanness.
